Sabah Trip - Day 4

Gosh finally the last day of the trip! I'm really starting to get a bit boring updating these posts hehe
okay as you guys know its the last day of my Sabah Trip with ma family so its just a short post coz that's not much on the last day of the trip (actually all of the trips)

so today we dont have to wake up so early in the morning anymore (thank god!) coz we have to check out by 11a.m so plenty of time (our flight is 4p.m). We ate breakfast in the apartment which also means clearing out all the food we bought from the last 3 days in the supermarket nearby. Jeesh we din't knew we bought so many food until the last day where we all have to gulp it all up (not such a big deal anyway because we have 21peeps in the house plus some have really large stomach). Man i only knew we bought 2 large packets of maggi mee and we only ate one small one in 3 days. haha weird ei?

okay main point! After checking out we are headed to the streets again and my family requested we go back to the 生肉面 shop to eat the mee again (some din't ate it). So we ate and walk there nearby for like an hour..
thats the apartment we're staying in.. The place is really good and nice :)

okay so these are the pics i took while we're walking around town..

i bet you all haven seen all these so old sewing machines at all right?!
this is actually like a small sewing machine factory. There are so many sewing machines in it

yep thats a aeroplane and a sewing machine on top of the roof! sorry the pics not so clear
angle problem (im short )
haha okay please dont think im crazy or is there nothing else i can take to take photos of garlic?
actually look at the description plate in front of it. If you guys knew chinese i guess you all will laugh the hell out like me right? (maybe not) as you can see i think they translate it actually as 酸头 becomes 寸头
 红大葱 becomes 红大冲
hehehehe

yep i saw the garlics in this i guess old herb shop

old photos in the windows of the shop
sorry pica not clear wrong ISO
And this is a clock tower in the sabah history and i dont know why and again bad angle

i actually had no idea why this swordfish statue is in the middle of the town road but its kinda unique

okay after all these we are taken to the famous coffee shop to buy some coffee... no idea why. And by the time we reached all of us were so exhausting we all fell asleep including me

taada! the coffee shop! And my god inside this little shop has tons of different coffee flavours and really nice packaging hehe

durian coffee!! it taste really unique and good actually i even bought 2 packets hehe
okay now this is the famous coffee in town or the world? not really sure but all i know is that it is some expensive and famous coffee. Its the Kopi Luwak a.k.a know by all as in 猫屎咖啡 (I duno why too)
as you can see the pic below it is so darn expensive! other coffee in one packet is only rm15++ while this coffee is rm15 for a SACHET! And for me this coffee does not taste good at all!!! YUCK!

among all these coffee i love the most is durian coffee and green tea coffee (taste like green tea cream form starbucks hehe)

so after the shop is to the airport! it was raining when we got there and was so scared the flight might be delayed for the heavy rain. Thank god it din't man. Pheww and when we got to the plane thank so much god there are no babies or kids sitting nearby us and the whole flight is just so pieceful!! Yeapee!!
And unfortunately i had a sore throat and a small fever when we leave the apartment (ruining my day) so i dont feel the mood and i kept drinking so much water i went to pee for 3 times in the plane (embarasing!!)
so just last photos inside the plane and we reach KL about 7.30p.m! By the time i reached home it was 11p.m already gosh.

so overall this trip was not bad (due to the sucks travel agency and tour guide) it would have been great i guess. The seafood there was not bad (again due to) and the thing i love about Sabah is that the air there is just so darn fresh with all the sea and mountains and also Sabah is a country that strictly supports reclying and enviromental care so much more than KL. Its just a big difference. A smoky buildings city compare to a clean freshy city. (okay i duno what im saying)
so i missed my two babies and cant wait to pick them the next day!
hehe.. overall i think Sabah is a great place to go for a trip but dont go with the travel agency we went to. IT LITERATELY SUCKED!!! (no offence man)

good day y'all. :)

Sabah Trip - Day 3

Hey y'all! Its day 3 post! okay this is actually my favorite day of the whole trip so yep more about it! hehe because finally we're going on sea! yeshh man!
so today breakfast is not included too but its not indoor bread and milk in the apartment anymore! yeapee! we are picked up at the apartment at about 8a.m too and then we are taken to the Sunday Market there (we're lucky cause its a sunday!) and man its quite long and crowded too. The tourist says the market and shops in Sabah starts at 4a.m in the morning and ends at 7p.m. Man thats so early in the morning and so early at night!
So we went to search for the famous 生肉面. The tourist says its also a local dish there. So we shop in the market and search for the shop too. Its so crowded and we ended up eating at a really crowded shop  where we have to sit beside the kitchen to eat the laksa mee (yep its not that mee yet we cant find it yet /.\) and we thought since its so crowded it must be real good but it just taste so bad. Yuck! Weird Sabah-rians taste. It doesn't taste nice at all and its so crowded! The laksa we had on the first day is so much nicer. Jeesh..
so after we ate we look around at the market. And there's so many stuff they sell! and finally i found the dream catcher necklace i'm looking for there!! And the price i bargain is so damn cheap and its so pretty! im so happy i finally bought that necklace i've been looking for. Okay so after that we finally found the shop! thank god!

Taada!!! thats the delicious mee!

yep thats the famous 生肉面. Its really really good as its so light and tasty and the pork is so tender it just slips in your mouth!! Yum.. and because we're running out of time all of us (just 6 of us) order one bowl only and we share it. We look like beggers that time jeesh.. And we told the chef we would come back for more and we did! (day 4) after breakfast its fun time!!
we are going out of shore to Pulau Sapi where we have water fun all day long!
so went to the 5-star coast (its what he said) and my gosh i was stunned by the scene!!! look by yourself!!

thats my outfit for the day!
Newly brought sarung from the market at day 2 with my swimsuit (not bikini) inside

yes!! thats what i mean!! look at all those beautiful big yachts and boats!!
these are richies man!! espiecially this white one here. i think its owned by a Austrialian

yep then we sat a 20mins motor boat to Pulau Sapi! another island nearby the coast. As i said in the earlier post. Sabah is full of sea and moutains and i really meant it. The sea there is really clear and blue and so pretty you can see the sea beds under the sea! Unlike M'sia's beach side or sea (ugh) Its just so pretty and fresh air! Pulau Sipu :

saw these green and blue transparent sea! thats what real clean sea looks like! Its a beauty of nature man! its really so beautiful! So we went snorkeling in the sea (no pics sorry) and a few of us went for something new! i never heard of it too and its really expensive but its a once in a life time experience so must try! Its call Under Sea Walking! its walking under the sea with some helmet thingys on and it truly is a really nice and fun experience to me! we wear a 25kg helmet on our heads with oxygen supplied through a cable and we go down the sea. Its actually quite hard to explain about it. We are going deep 6 metres down the sea and walk and take pics (by the divers) and feed the fish bread! I actually saw nemo and touch it with my fingers and many other fishes and corals! Its all stingy and slimy hehe.. Its really a very fun experience even though my sister was so damn scared at the last minute to go down but she manage to go down for 10 minutes even though the package was a 30minute walk (bazirlah)
and the pics took by the divers under the sea is included in the package and we each have the photos in a cd which i wont show now but in another post hehe and i think this sea walking is only avaible in Sabah (Pulau Sapi).

futher info about it : http://www.amazing-borneo.com/daily-local-tour/borneo-sea-walking-tour-abk-sw01.html

so after the sea walking we are sent back to pulau sapi again and had a seafood bbq buffet there (not so nice actually) but the lamb is sooooo nice (i think the only nice food there). we bath and go another island nearby. That's Pulau Manukan. Its just the opposite of Pulau Sapi. Its actually a island of 5star resorts there so no sea activities there we were just sent there to look at the view and take pics of walks o.. (seriously? waste of time actually no big difference)

 random soft art mode

my girl model random beach mode
 my male model

at last thats me!! hehe with my new hair cut (coconut head) and newly bought pants from forever 21!
after all these its a end of a day already!! awwh but we're all exhausted anyway. And dinners on us again but tonight is what i call a real delicious dinner man!!

a real large lobster! it's bigger than it looks!

this is what they call 'lai liu ha' and i had no idea why do they put them separately in bottles
these are 'si ham' and they're large!! its a big difference from those in your char kue teow
it tase so sweet and fresh and not those taste of sand in those char kue teow (yucks)

after having our tummies filled we went for a shot walk and we (just 7 of us) went for a midnight movie  there. we watched Skyfall! Well first try at the cinema in Sabah which is totally different. They're Cinema is kinda weird and their popcorn section is weird too but the cinema we're in is quite big and weird but comfortable. And the most important thing is all 7 of us wore our sleeping gowns and sleep wear to the cinema!! Yes i mean all pyjamas and slippers with our hair all tied up and gawky glasses. All 7 sleepy dwarfs with teddy bear prints sleepwear walk through the street in to cinema. People are just looking at us like we're crazy people. hehe.. Its easy for us to finish the show walk back and bam! sleep!! hehe well the show is kinda boring (infront) until my cousin's girlfriend slept through the entire show with her pj's on. hehe but i kinda prefer KL's cinema more.. duno why

well that's all for day 3. Its my favorite day of the whole trip because of the new sea walking thingy and adventourous day with the cinema thingy (okay i duno what im talking)
lets say its the best day of the trip but the last night of it. sob

hwaiting for day 4 y'all!
Nites and sweetdreams ;)
