STRESS

Hey Guys! Feel really bad when i blog like once in a month. Trying to keep update but so hard to do so while trial's are getting near and my whole head is just like " STUDY! STUDY! STUDY! "
So just saying shouldn't be able to blog much right now so i will try to blog a short post during the free time to keep an update. Grr so many food posts and birthday posts wanted to share about but just can blog a quick one so that's gonna have to wait. :'(


STRESS!
Overloaded thinking and stuff in your brain it just starts making you cranky and going crazy.
I'm sure a lot of my friends and some of you now must be one overloaded machine too like me :(
Since my Trials are really near and its just like 96 days left till SPM so yeah i'm stressed out.

So i'm just gonna share a short post about stress and how to De-stress too.


Symptoms and Signs of Stress :

Cognitive SymptomsEmotional Symptoms
  • Memory problems
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Poor judgment
  • Seeing only the negative
  • Anxious or racing thoughts
  • Constant worrying
  • Moodiness
  • Irritability or short temper
  • Agitation, inability to relax
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Sense of loneliness and isolation
  • Depression or general unhappiness
Physical SymptomsBehavioral Symptoms
  • Aches and pains
  • Diarrhea or constipation
  • Nausea, dizziness
  • Chest pain, rapid heartbeat
  • Loss of sex drive
  • Frequent colds
  • Eating more or less
  • Sleeping too much or too little
  • Isolating yourself from others
  • Procrastinating or neglecting responsibilities
  • Using alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs to relax
  • Nervous habits (e.g. nail biting, pacing)
*If you have any of these above and you still denied you're stressed out, you must have gone crazy.

How to Deal with Stress :

1. Manage
Plan a timetable so you have enough time to do everything and more time to do more stuff too! I had one but really hard to sticking it but manage to follow majority of it la.

2. Relax
Relax yourself by chilling out like reading or watching some drama's but not too much la hehe. Go and have some fun during this holiday and please don't think its a waste of time. If you get too much in your head and you don't control it you may have a blackout during exam. Ugh.
Go out with your friends for lunch and just lay down relax and listen to some soft music. \

3. Control
Take control of yourself! Like one of my best friends, she uses coffee to make her awake for the day and stuff everything to her brain. Now she needs 2 cups of coffee per day to stay awake and she's just 17!!! If you're like her or worst you got to stop doing it like now. Like what i nag to her about for like a year, we're just teenagers and yet we're making our body taking the amount of pressure of a 30 year old. I personally can't stand one cup of caffein and yet this is really not good for our body. Imagine when you're having 2 cups now to deal with the stress what about when you grow up? 4 cups a day when you have a bad job day?! Drink tea and lots of lots of water people! No Caffein!!



I'm a overloaded stressed out one too and i don't really deal with it like i'm blogging it now. Jeesh i know i'm crazy.
I have to learn to deal with my stress too because i suck at it too. I let it take over me and i kept having a bad temper recently and i feel really bad to the people i love that i kinda lost my temper too. Sorry guys :(
